Exchanges and returns

As long as you have not yet received the product, you have the right to cancel your order. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us at sales@r-go-tools.com. If you have already paid, we will credit the order amount due including any delivery costs after notification within a few days.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Exchanging a product for another product is possible within 30 days of purchase, provided you have a copy of the invoice. The product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are at your own expense. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return, provided we have received the product back in good order.

An incomplete or damaged product cannot be returned. We advise you to try a product, but not to use it intensively. Scratches on the bottom of a mouse, for example, are considered damaged products.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please fill in the RMA form. You will need your invoice for this. After receiving an RMA form, we will look within 3 days at the best solution to your problem and whether/how to return the product.

Please note: the above applies to R-Go Tools products ordered via our webshop. With products purchased through one of our resellers you will need to contact them.
